Fabrice is responsible for data collection, data analysis and damage estimation modelling at CDC. In addition, he is involved in case management and is frequently in contact with damaged companies.

After studying a Bachelor degree in Political Science in Brussels and Lisbon, he obtained a M.Sc. in Statistics from KU Leuven and in 2021 he obtained a LL.M. in Competition Law and Economics from the Brussels School of Competition.

Prior to joining CDC, Fabrice conducted research at the National Bank of Belgium on the prediction of national growth based on survey data.

In his spare time, Fabrice likes to go indoor and outdoor climbing, play tennis, cycle, travel and play chess.
