Quinten Goens

Quinten works as a data scientist at CDC. His main focus lies on the deployment, maintenance and use of data analysis and data warehousing systems to support our ETL procedures. He graduated with a Master of Science in Physics and Astronomy and a Minor in Economy and Business in Brussels, Belgium. For his master thesis he worked on the analysis of multi-messenger observations of astronomical phenomena using machine learning. This was done in collaboration with the IceCube Neutrino Observatory and the Interuniversity Institute for High Energies (IIHE).

 In his free time he enjoys running, networking and working on personal programming projects.
