Amelia arbeitet in der Niederlassung von CDC in Br\u00fcssel und konzentriert sich auf die Erhebung, Bereinigung und Analyse von Daten, die Kommunikation mit betroffenen Unternehmen, die B\u00fcroverwaltung sowie Rechts- und Marktstudien. Dar\u00fcber hinaus k\u00fcmmert sie sich um Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit der Feststellung und Quantifizierung von Schadensersatzanspr\u00fcchen aufgrund von Verst\u00f6\u00dfen gegen Kartell- und Missbrauchsregeln.<\/p>

Bevor sie zu CDC kam, sammelte Amelia wertvolle Erfahrungen in f\u00fchrenden Anwaltskanzleien in Spanien, wo sie sich auf Rechtsstreitigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit Sch\u00e4den aufgrund von Verst\u00f6\u00dfen gegen das Wettbewerbsrecht spezialisierte. Amelia hat einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Rechtswissenschaften, einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Politikwissenschaft und \u00f6ffentlicher Verwaltung sowie einen LLM-Abschluss in Europarecht und Wettbewerbsrecht.<\/p>

In ihrer Freizeit liebt sie Reisen, Kino und widmet sich gerne kulturellen Aktivit\u00e4ten und dem Lesen.<\/p>
