Till ist als Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer von CDC f\u00fcr den Betrieb, die Ausarbeitung der Unternehmensstrategie und die erfolgreiche Durchf\u00fchrung einiger der gr\u00f6\u00dften kartellrechtlichen Schadensersatzklagen in Europa verantwortlich. Seit seinem Einstieg bei CDC im Jahr 2007 steuert Till den Prozess der Anspruchsakquise mit Unternehmen in der gesamten EU und war ma\u00dfgeblich an der Verhandlung und Gestaltung von Vergleichen in CDCs Schadensersatzklagen in Deutschland, den Niederlanden und den nordischen L\u00e4ndern beteiligt. Till spricht regelm\u00e4\u00dfig als Redner auf internationalen Konferenzen zur privaten Durchsetzung des Wettbewerbsrechts sowie zum innovativen Ansatz von CDC.<\/p>

Bevor er zu CDC kam, war Till sechs Jahre lang als Kartellrechtsanwalt in einer f\u00fchrenden internationalen Kanzlei in Br\u00fcssel, K\u00f6ln und Madrid t\u00e4tig. In dieser Funktion vertrat Till Unternehmen aus verschiedenen Industriezweigen in europaweiten Kartellrechts- und Kartelluntersuchungen. Till studierte Rechtswissenschaften an den Universit\u00e4ten Bonn, K\u00f6ln, Barcelona und London (University College) und promovierte mit einer Arbeit zum internationalen Wettbewerbsrecht.<\/p>

Till mag moderne Kunst und Sport und verbringt gerne Zeit mit Familie und Freunden.<\/p>
