Ulrich ist der Gr\u00fcnder von CDC. In seiner jetzigen Rolle beaufsichtigt und leitet er die Entwicklung und Expansion der Unternehmensgruppe. Bis 2015 war er Managing Director von CDC. Ulrich ist im Herzen ein Unternehmer und unter seiner Leitung hat CDC die europ\u00e4ische Methode zur B\u00fcndelung kartellrechtlicher Schadensersatzanspr\u00fcche entwickelt. Seine Innovationskraft hat mehrere andere bahnbrechende Entwicklungen in Bezug auf die private Kartellrechtsdurchsetzung hervorgebracht, wie z. B. CDCs Leniency PLUS+<\/sup>+\u00ae-Programm und das CDC-Zinsberechnungstool. Ulrich verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber umfangreiche Erfahrung bez\u00fcglich aller Aspekte privater Schadensersatzklagen und hat zahlreiche Vergleiche in einigen der gr\u00f6\u00dften Kartellverfahren in Europa erfolgreich verhandelt.<\/p>

Ulrich begann seine Karriere als Beamter beim deutschen Bundeskartellamt f\u00fcr drei Jahre. W\u00e4hrend dieser Zeit promovierte er mit einer Arbeit im Kartellrecht. Vor der Gr\u00fcndung von CDC war Ulrich als Partner in einer deutschen Anwaltskanzlei t\u00e4tig, die sich auf verwaltungsrechtliche, deliktsrechtliche und privatrechtliche Angelegenheiten im Bereich des Kartellrechts spezialisiert hat. Ulrich studierte Rechtswissenschaften an den Universit\u00e4ten Freiburg und Mainz.<\/p>

Ulrich liebt den Wettkampf und f\u00e4hrt in seiner Freizeit gerne Ski und nimmt an Tennis- und Golfturnieren teil.<\/p>
