This includes the legal strategy, analysis and conduct of cases, the\nacquisition process regarding corporate claims across the EU and the\ncoordination with CDC\u2019s external counsels in court proceedings. Given his broad\nexperience and expertise in the field, Martin is a frequent speaker at\ninternational conferences on private enforcement of competition law and the\ninnovative approach of CDC. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"mso-ansi-language:EN-GB\" lang=\"EN-GB\">Prior to\njoining CDC in 2007, he worked for an international law firm and the\nCompetition Directorate of the European Commission in Brussels. Martin studied\nlaw in Cologne, Paris (Ma\u00eetrise en droit) and Washington D.C.
