Till es el director general de CDC. Al frente, Till dirige las operaciones de CDC y es responsable de trazar la estrategia y garantizar el \u00e9xito de algunas de las mayores demandas en materia de derecho de la competencia en Europa. Desde que se incorpor\u00f3 a CDC en 2007, Till ha dirigido el proceso de adquisici\u00f3n de reclamaciones con empresas de toda la UE y ha sido parte fundamental en la negociaci\u00f3n y el dise\u00f1o de acuerdos en las demandas por da\u00f1os de CDC en Alemania, los Pa\u00edses Bajos y los pa\u00edses n\u00f3rdicos. Till es un ponente frecuente en conferencias internacionales sobre la defensa del derecho de la competencia en el \u00e1mbito privado y sobre el innovador enfoque de CDC.<\/p>

Antes de incorporarse a CDC, Till ejerci\u00f3 como abogado especialista en derecho de la competencia durante seis a\u00f1os en una prestigiosa firma internacional de abogados en Bruselas, Colonia y Madrid. En este puesto, Till represent\u00f3 a empresas de diversos sectores industriales en investigaciones paneuropeas sobre antimonopolio y c\u00e1rteles. Till estudi\u00f3 Derecho en las universidades de Bonn, Colonia, Barcelona y Londres (University College) y public\u00f3 una tesis doctoral sobre derecho internacional de la competencia.<\/p>
