En su cargo actual supervisa y gu\u00eda el desarrollo y la expansi\u00f3n de CDC. Hasta 2015 se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como Director General de CDC. Ulrich es un emprendedor de coraz\u00f3n y, bajo su tutela, CDC fue pionera en el m\u00e9todo europeo de agrupar las reclamaciones antitrust en una sola demanda por da\u00f1os y perjuicios. Su capacidad de innovaci\u00f3n ha impulsado otras creaciones de vanguardia en relaci\u00f3n con la aplicaci\u00f3n privada de la legislaci\u00f3n antitrust, como el programa Leniency PLUS<sup>+<\/sup>+\u00ae de CDC y la herramienta de c\u00e1lculo de intereses de CDC. Ulrich tiene gran experiencia en todas las fases de las acciones privadas por da\u00f1os y perjuicios y ha negociado con \u00e9xito numerosos acuerdos en algunos de los mayores casos de derecho de la competencia en Europa.<\/p><p>Ulrich comenz\u00f3 su carrera como funcionario de la Oficina Federal de C\u00e1rteles de Alemania durante tres a\u00f1os. Durante este tiempo, recibi\u00f3 un doctorado por su tesis en ley de la competencia.\u00a0 Antes de fundar CDC, Ulrich trabaj\u00f3 como socio en una firma de abogados alemana especializada en derecho administrativo, derecho de da\u00f1os y asuntos de derecho privado en el \u00e1mbito de la defensa de la competencia.
