Per\u00f3xido de Hidr\u00f3geno, en virtud del Reglamento de Transparencia de la UE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tx\">Tras la decisi\u00f3n del 3 de mayo de 2006 en el asunto COMP\/38.620 sobre el c\u00e1rtel del per\u00f3xido de hidr\u00f3geno a escala europea, CDC solicit\u00f3 a la Comisi\u00f3n Europea, sobre la base del Reglamento de Transparencia, pleno acceso al contenido del expediente administrativo.\u00a0Tras la denegaci\u00f3n de su solicitud, CDC interpuso un recurso de anulaci\u00f3n contra la Comisi\u00f3n ante el Tribunal General de la Uni\u00f3n Europea el 6 de octubre de 2008.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>El Tribunal dict\u00f3 una&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/curia.europa.eu\/juris\/document\/document.jsf?text=&amp;docid=116703&amp;pageIndex=0&amp;doclang=EN&amp;mode=lst&amp;dir=&amp;occ=first&amp;part=1&amp;cid=10027\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sentencia<\/a>&nbsp;favorable el 15 de diciembre de 2011. En particular, confirm\u00f3 la posici\u00f3n de CDC, que indica que el inter\u00e9s de un miembro del c\u00e1rtel en evitar acciones por da\u00f1os y perjuicios en su contra no es un inter\u00e9s que pueda justificar la no divulgaci\u00f3n del documento solicitado en virtud del Reglamento de Transparencia.
