Till est le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de CDC. A la t\u00eate du groupe CDC, Till en dirige les op\u00e9rations et est responsable de l\u2019\u00e9laboration de la strat\u00e9gie et de la r\u00e9ussite de certaines des actions en indemnit\u00e9 pour infractions au droit de la concurrence les plus importantes en Europe. Depuis qu\u2019il a rejoint CDC en 2007, Till a pilot\u00e9 le processus d\u2019acquisition de cr\u00e9ances indemnitaires aupr\u00e8s d\u2019entreprises dans toute l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne. Il a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le central dans la n\u00e9gociation et la conception de transactions conclues par CDC en Allemagne, aux Pays-Bas et dans les pays nordiques. Till intervient souvent dans le cadre de conf\u00e9rences internationales sur l\u2019application du droit priv\u00e9 de la concurrence et sur l\u2019approche novatrice de CDC.<\/p>

Avant de rejoindre CDC, Till a exerc\u00e9 pendant six ann\u00e9es le droit en tant qu\u2019avocat sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 en droit de la concurrence au sein d\u2019un grand cabinet d\u2019avocats international \u00e0 Bruxelles, Cologne et Madrid. Dans ce cadre, Till a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des entreprises dans divers secteurs industriels dans le cadre d\u2019enqu\u00eates portant sur des ententes paneurop\u00e9ennes. Till a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 le droit \u00e0 Bonn, Cologne, Barcelone et Londres (University College) et a publi\u00e9 une th\u00e8se de doctorat sur le droit international de la concurrence.<\/p>

Till aime l\u2019art moderne et le sport, ainsi que passer du temps avec sa famille et ses amis.<\/p>
