Dr Christian Classen

Christian accompanies CDC´s business partners along the entire process from onboarding via conclusion of contracts through to transaction data collection, on a higher level. His field of activities also encompasses contract management, case coordination and the supervision of the helpdesk team. In addition, he acts as Data Protection Officer for the CDC group.

Christian gained his first experiences with CDC from 2009-2012. In parallel, he acquired economic knowledge and experience by working for a business consultancy for three years. Christian studied law at the University of Mannheim and worked as a trainee lawyer within the district of the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf. He published his doctoral thesis on the validity of arbitration clauses between monopoly sports associations and athletes.

In his spare time Christian plays tennis, football and goes skiing, is socially engaged and likes to develop and co-found new business ideas.
